  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • You have proof of purchase

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return approval
  • Ship the product as instructed
Returns without approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
